I typed up a cleaner/more complete version and thought I'd share it.  I got everything from the first tab, except I think the Bm is a B.  
(And by the video on YouTube (www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ajuJ82ynjQ), I think the first chord is slightly off, but it sounds alright to me.)
