love cuts the strings is damn hard song to strum.  i cant play it with the
correct strum, but i can give a little bit of the intensity by correctly
doing the guitar part that comes after every verse.

the chords are G,C,D, and  a fucked up F thing that looks like this

that is also the kind of C you should play (i.e.)
