This was pretty tough to tab, and it is very far from perfect. I'm pretty much just guessing on what's going on near the end of the chorus.

     G Gdim
Been living hand-to-mouth for a year or better

When the mailman comes and he brings me your letter
     G Gdim
And I recognize the handwriting even now
      C C*
But I go ahead and open it anyhow, yeah

No one's been buying from my roadside stand and I
C C*

Clear and bright
        G Gdim
And it's taken me several years to realize
          C C*
How much I like the way that you dot your i's
      G F#m
Well I was born in Indiana thirty years ago
        Gm Am

Saw this requested on the forums and didn't bother to check if it'd already been done. But, since I went to the trouble, here's my take on it. This is based on the PIX Fest live version here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXIVqlpDO7A

I think Will's G-Gdim might be correct over my G(III)-G7, but my pre-chorus is an improvement, so pick and choose what works.

Standard tuning. No capo.
